Chef Caitie Barker and co-host Terry Castleman have some fun cooking at the 2009 Illinois State Fair. This segment features tomatoes — a Midwest summer favorite! Today’s menu includes a stuffed tomato appetizer, Panzanella (bread salad) and spaghetti squash with heirloom tomato marinara. Yum!
